DDP—Our orders are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis on listet countries, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final checkout-price.
The order has to be above 150 USD to have free shipping. If it is below this amount the price varies depending on the order size.
We offer free return within 14 days of receiving the product(s).

Return and Exchange
Please note that we have a 14 days return policy. In order to create a pleasant shopping experience, we operate with an easy return procedure.
In advance of the return, please read information boxes below that are relevant to you (Domestic/Norwegian order vs International order)
NB All purchases made online on brgn.com must be returned through sales@brgn.com.
Please follow the instructions below if you want to return any of your items:
* Note: The items cannot be used, worn or washed. Shoes must be sent in return in the original box in their original condition. Return labels cannot be placed directly on the shoe box. We always offer 14 days free return.
Shipping costs will not be refunded for returns sent without a return label from BRGN. It cost 200 NOK for all customers outside of Norway to return an item.
- Please select the appropriate code below identifying why you are returning your item(s).
- Put the return form and the items you want to return in the shopping bag.
- Receive return label from sales@brgn.com to be stuck/taped onto the shopping bag.
- Book your return by contacting DHL
- If you want to exchange the item in a different size, we recommend ordering a new item in the online store.
The refunded amount will be paid to the account used for payment once we have received the return to us.
Quality guarantee
If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
If the item(s) have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately.
